Today, we stand united, recognizing the need for adaptation and are committed to sharing the evolution of our strategy. Therefore, we want to use this post to share with you all what will be our focus moving forward: 1️⃣ Token performance 🟣 Whether we want it or not, the health displayed by a token vastly impacts the degree of interest the project generates. Beyond a robust product, we understand the crucial role played by token performance, and having a great product is proven not to be enough. Although we have always been a "product-oriented" company, our product stands strong as is, and therefore, realizing the importance of $FEVR as the fuel of our ecosystem is now a Tier 1 priority. 2️⃣ Tone of voice 🗣 We have found ourselves so immersed in our product that we should have paid more attention to some basics of Web3 communication. The constant updates, narrative building and the overall web3 way of sharing news ended up being unconsciously replaced by our lore, our game and the ecosystem. We aim to pivot our communication, focusing on who you are (the web3 user) instead of who we would want you to be. 3️⃣ Momentum 📈 We have lost our momentum and it hurts to admit it. The market has been moving up and we have yet to follow through. To regain our momentum, several factors need to be put into place, from the dev side to the marketing side. We are implementing such changes as we speak. You probably want to avoid hearing us say we have a plan (but we do).
